Build Your Own Box: Seasonings

The flaky texture of the Oregon Coast salt really stands out—it crunches just right on a roasted chicken. I built my own mix of three varieties and each one brings something different to the table. Packaging was sturdy and arrived fast, too.

I cracked open the smoked salt first and the smell alone was worth it, so clean and briny like the coast itself. The hand-harvested texture is coarser than grocery store stuff, which made steaks taste noticeably better. Already planning my next box.
