We’ve combined the delicious qualities of chocolate with butter, sugar, heavy cream, and ample amounts of our hand-harvested sea salt. The result is a chocolate salted caramel!
The salt really does its job here, hitting that perfect balance against the sweet caramel and rich chocolate. I opened the box planning to save some for later, but the whole bag was gone by the next evening.
