The artwork on these tins is gorgeous—Kate Towers really captured the Pacific Coast vibe from shoreline to forest. I bought them mostly for the packaging, but the pure flake salt inside is perfect for finishing steaks and salads.
The slide tins are so handy for keeping the flaky salt right by the stove, and the Kate Towers illustrations make them pretty enough to leave out on the counter. I’ve already used the Pure Flake Salt on everything from roasted veggies to finishing cookies, and it dissolves perfectly every time.
