The cumin hits hard right out of the packet, and the Italian sea salt gives it a clean finish that store-bought packets just don't have. I used it on ground turkey tacos and didn't need to add any extra salt or chili powder at all.
The cumin and onion hit first, then that salty finish from the Italian sea salt lingers just right on ground beef. Used half the packet on two pounds of meat and the flavor was still bold enough for my family’s tacos.
I've been sprinkling this on everything from eggs to roasted veggies, and that sea salt from Trapani really makes the heat and cumin sing without being harsh. One small pinch is all you need.
