JSC x Mama Lil's Sweet Hot Pepper Salt

The salt is coarser than regular table salt, so a little flakes out perfectly when I rim a glass. It’s got that sweet punch right before the heat lands, which made my Bloody Mary taste way more interesting than usual.

I put a pinch in my grilled cheese before toasting and the sweet heat melted right into the cheddar—next level. The sea salt base is nice and flaky, not too coarse, so it dissolves evenly instead of just sitting on top.

Rimmed a Bloody Mary with it this weekend and the sweet pepper heat balanced the tomato perfectly, plus the kosher salt crystals are nice and flaky. Even the kids asked for it on their grilled cheese, so I'm ordering another jar.
