Onze rauwe bramenhoning is licht en veelzijdig, met bloemige tonen. Elke variëteit van Jacobsen Co. Honey is afkomstig van één enkele oorsprong, duurzaam geoogst en nooit verhit, behandeld, gemengd of ultrafijn gefilterd.
It’s so light and smooth that I’ve been drizzling it over plain yogurt every morning, and the floral undertones never overpower the fruitiness. Knowing it’s never heated or blended makes me feel better about using it straight from the jar.
The floral notes are really present without being perfume-y, and it's light enough to use in tea or on yogurt without taking over. I've been drizzling it on warm biscuits all week and it's a perfect balance.
The floral notes are so delicate they almost disappear on toast, which I love—it's sweet without being heavy. I also appreciate that it's never heated or blended, you can really taste the difference.
