I’ve been using this in my brine for roasted chicken and the clean briny flavor comes through without any harsh saltiness. The coarse crystals dissolve evenly and give just the right crunch when sprinkled on top of a salad. A little goes a long way, so the bag is lasting me a while.

The crystals really are fluffy, not dense like the boxed stuff I used to get. They dissolve fast on a steak and that briny Oregon Coast taste is noticeably cleaner.
